[FAQ] When I login to the WebUI, the status screen gets stuck loading.  How can this be fixed?

This type of scenario usually develops after the firmware has been upgraded on the Zyxel router.  It is caused by browser cache and needs to be purged to load the page properly.  Delete your browser's cache to resolve this issue.

This could also be due to the zydaemon not initializing the WebUI.  If clearing the browser cache does not resolve the issue, power cycle the device to reboot the zydaemon.
