[Nebula] How to Perform Nebula License Transfer

If you have accidentally registered your device into the wrong Nebula organization , you will noticed that the license points stay in the wrong organization even after un-registering your device.

It is possible to move NCC or NSS license points between organizations by going to MSP Portal > License Transfer. However, only the account that created both organizations can perform the license point transfer.





You can verify that license points have been successfully transferred by entering ORGANIZATION > Configure > License Management.



To verify which account created the Nebula Organization, go to ORGANIZATION > Configure > Administrator. Look for the account that displays "owner" privilege.
