My Zyxel Portal [Account] - How to change name, email, password, email notifications, and other settings on MyZyxel portal ?

In this article, we will cover all aspects of managing your MyZyxelPortal account. This includes changing your contact information, such as your email address and password, and subscribing or unsubscribing from marketing materials and other email notifications.

• Log in to https://portal.myzyxel.com/
• Click the icon on the upper right

• Click "Manage account"

In the Manage Account section, the following settings are enabled: 

• Account information
• Two-factor authentication
• Sign-in history
• Notifications
• Promotional communications

Account information

In the "Account Information" section, possible to update user details including your email, add an additional notification recipient, and change your account password. To make these changes, click on "Edit Profile," update the necessary information, and then click "Save" to apply your changes.

In this section, you can manage mail notifications and customize them according to the following criteria:

Note: If you are constantly receiving emails from MyZyxel asking you to update your device to the latest firmware version, this is because some of our devices do not report about firmware version to MyZyxel because they do not need to; to solve this problem, register only those devices that benefit from it, for example, those devices for which you have purchased a license or contact support to remove already registered devices.

Promotional communications

Manage promotional communications settings for your Zyxel account.

Promotional communications are the same as Subscribe myZyxel Marketing Email under “Preferences” at https://portal.myzyxel.com.

Note: If you unsubscribe from the notification email, you won’t be able to receive the update for marketing information regarding product, device, license, and firmware.
