Zyxel Circle License platform - How to Remove Devices from My Zyxel Circle Account

This article guides users through removing devices from Zyxel Circle, a centralized device and license management platform. It covers scenarios where device removal may be necessary, such as when a customer switches resellers, a device undergoes RMA, or it's upgraded to a higher tier. The article emphasizes the importance of maintaining a clean and simplified account by removing unnecessary devices.

Removing Devices

• Select "My Devices" from the left menu
• Choose the Site to which the Device is registered
• Tap the device you want to delete

In the window that opens with detailed information about the device, go to "Advanced Settings" by clicking on the three dots in the upper right corner.

• Click on "Remove the device from Circle"
• Click "OK"

The Device has now been successfully removed from Your Circle Account.
