Some users may encounter an issue with the ZyWALL IPSec VPN Client on Windows 10 laptops with dual monitors, where the connection panel does not appear on the screen. This can occur when the application window opens off-screen, often due to changes in display settings or the use of multiple monitors.
Note: This issue does not impact the application's functionality, performance, or security and does not present any risks.

The simplest way to correct it is:
- close the Zywall VPN client
- run regedit
- go through HKEY_USERS\<id> until you find the relevant user
- in the key HKEY_USERS\{GUID}\Software\Zyxel\Zywall IPSec VPN Client delete the two values for xywh and wywh_cnx (back the key up first just in case)
- close the registry
- re-start the client
