Firewall [Zywall/USG/ATP/VPN] - How to ping on WAN potr

I need to get Zywall/USG/ATP/VPN to answer pings on the WAN side. How to allow PING on WAN?

There is a default firewall rule - WAN_to_Device, with a default allowed service group object - Default_Allow_WAN_To_ZyWALL. You need to add PING to this service object group.

• Login in to Web GUI on the device

Go to Configuration > Object > Service > Service Group tab

• Click the "Default_Allow_WAN_To_ZyWALL" service group object to change it
• From the left menu, select PING, then click the right arrow to go to the right menu and click "OK"
• Now you can try to PING your WAN Ip-Address
