❓ Will SD-VPN and 802.1X still work if the Nebula platform is unreachable?

Admins often worry about service continuity during temporary disconnections.
Answer:

• SD-VPN: Existing VPN tunnels stay active. New tunnels requiring updated configs may fail until cloud sync is restored.
• 802.1X Authentication:
  • With external RADIUS, authentication continues as usual.
  • With Nebula Cloud Authentication, clients will not be able to authenticate during a disconnection.
